Who is collecting information?
Except as provided in this Policy, only GRDA and our service providers will have access to your personal account information. When you are on our website and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with GRDA and our service providers.

For certain activities, such as when you register on our website, send an email to a GRDA email address, or contact us directly, we may collect some or all of the following types of information:

Indirect Collection – Cookies and Other Technology
We and our service providers use cookies, and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us through your computer or mobile device. We may use these technologies to:

- Enable you to more easily use our online services by remembering and using contact information, purchasing information, and registration information.

We and our partners may collect location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or mobile device. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you. We utilize this information to analyze trends, administer our online services, prevent fraud, track website navigation in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
- Third Party Services. When initiating an online payment using a third-party service, the third party’s privacy policy will govern validation and provision, use and disclosure of identifying information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Policy.
Indirect Collection – Social Networking
- Our online services and websites may permit you to use third party social networking platforms such as Facebook, Pinterest, X (formerly known as Twitter), and Google+. This may include the use of social media plugins such as Facebook “Like”, Tweet, Pinterest “Pin,” Google “+1” buttons, etc. When you use social networking platforms and plugins, you share your information with them, and their privacy policy applies to the disclosure of such information. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before using their platforms and plugins. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Policy.
Indirect Collection – Do Not Track Signals
- Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers to signal their preference regarding potential “tracking” by third party websites. While the United States Federal Trade Commission has endorsed DNT, our website and related services do not currently support DNT codes. However, except as otherwise disclosed herein, our services limit tracking to the internal uses described above. Please review DNT privacy policies to understand how you may be tracked. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of DNT, and the information practices of DNT are not covered by this Policy.
How do we use your information?
Our main goal in collecting information is to improve our online services and provide you with the best possible experience. We may also use your personal information to:

We do not use or associate targeting information, such as demographics or location, with any PII collected from the ad or its landing page(s).
Links to other websites
This Policy applies only to the Woka website. Our website may include links to other websites. If you submit PII to any of those external sites, your information is subject to their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any website you visit. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Policy.
With whom does the Company share my information?
We will not disclose any of your PII except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or under the circumstances described below. These are some of the ways that your information may be disclosed:
Service Providers
We may provide your PII to companies that provide services to us (such as web hosting providers, payment processors, data enhancement providers) or that help us market and provide our products and services. These third parties are authorized to use your PII only as necessary to provide these services to us.
Other

For example, we may disclose such information (1) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, (2) when a governmental unit is investigating activity related to our website or online services (3) when we believe that we must disclose information to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our terms and conditions of use, or may be causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, or those of a third party, or (4) we deem it necessary to maintain, service and improve our products and services and our information security..
California residents
If you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with us, you can request a notice disclosing the categories of personal information we have shared with third parties, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, if any. To request a notice, please submit your request to privacy@grda.com. Please allow 30 days for a response.
What security precautions are in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of my information?
Providing security for the personally identifying information you submit via our services is a priority for us. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. You are also responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
How can I remove my personal information?
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to verify your identity and remove any of your personally identifying information we maintain within 30 days of your request. If we are unable to verify your identity, using commercially reasonable efforts, we will be unable to process the request. If we cannot honor your request within the 30-day period, we will notify you and we will explain why we cannot do so.
